I love this place, I eat here at least twice a month. This is one of the better pizzas I've had in London, I'd put it on par to Franco Mancas. The prices are a bit steeper for pizza than Francos but they're almost triple the size. There's a massive wood fire oven and you can see the chef roll out the dough and put the toppings on it.

Blistered pizza crust and homemade pasta- what's not to love?! Unfortunately the service was rather cold and I honestly don't believe they had bookings for ALL of the tables that we had to sit right in the middle of waiters manouvering around us to get to other tables, even though we did ask whether we could switch tables. This is a respectable, if not fantastic, family-run Italian restaurant. I found the pizzas to be great, but the starters were disappointing.

The pizzas come from a wood-fired oven at the back of the ground floor kitchen, and the smell is really nice. They come out nicely blistered, and have a great, chewy crust.

We have no good pizza and Italian restaurants in Greenwich.

And despite what you might think at first glance, given that it's a town FULL of eateries, we don't actually have many good restaurants in Greenwich.
