It's all the price and quality of John Lewis, but with awful, terrible customer service.
I had to truck back downstairs and queue a second time because the idiot at the till couldn't find in his computer the item that they hadn't tagged, to it took me an extra 25 minutes to spend £2.75.
No, he couldn't be bothered phoning downstairs or ring up someone down below to have a look at the shelf...more
Terrible costumer service, you are lucky to find one person standing in one departments, they are all running around, it took me 30m to find a person who can unlock the cabinet to get an Apple TV! Never again.. The only good thing about it is you don't spend much time at the Cashire as they are super fast and friendlymore
A welcome sight in returning to live in London was the lovely wall o' yarns at Peter Jones. While the selection is slightly different/smaller than its sibling John Lewis over on Oxford Street, the haberdashery section at PJ is actually a little easier to navigate and the staff are usually a touch calmer.

Basically John Lewis but probably called Peter Jones as it's in Sloane Square so prepare to bump shoulders with lots of Made in Chelsea / Sloane Ranger wannabes and tourists.

Yep, it's just like John Lewis. Exactly the same! I mean, down to the font and colour of the logo lettering. To me, this doesn't mean so much. It's still a lot of overpriced crap. They run out of things often--they were out of Christmas decorations a week before Christmas with no intent of stocking more.
