This is a lovely pub, perfect for a drink with friends. The food is good, but the value for money is hit and miss. Some dishes are well priced, others are ridiculously expensive. A nice pub, with good food, decently priced (I had soup once, lamb another time, and brunch recently). I will go back- a nice venue with good food.more

Although a little bit of an upgrade from the Assembly House nearby, I don't think I can say too much about this place. They had some good beers on cask, but the rest of the menu was the macro selection you see everywhere else.
The starters were ok, but nothing to rave about.
Not bad for a casual pint though.more
