I moved out of Crouch end in April and have recently returned to find that my favourite local pub is under new management. What a pleasant surprise! Lots of new and friendlier faces behind the bar and the ales have improved along with the food. I hadn't noticed how much it needed a bit of a boost until it got one!! My best Crouch End pub just got even better.more

This pub serves the right kind of drinks but doesn't look like the kind of place that would. It feels more like a cross between a pub and a modern chain restaurant like Nando's. The last time I was in here was...more

There is low piped music in the background and lots of different styles of seating from sofa's to cushioned chairs, and small square and round stools.

The bar is well stocked but what stands out the most in this place is the food. You...more

Ever so crowded pub with lots of atmosphere. Have enjoyed many a good night there. Would highly reccommend checking out a comedy night downstairs. They have some really top comedians there on a regular basis and you can laugh your tits off in a cosy intimate enviroment. Accoustics are great for live music there too. If a good band is playing there it's definately worth the entrance feemore
