Dinner was absolutely amazing and the service was top-notch. Actually, one of the most delicious items we shared was the Parmesan cheese appetizer that is aged for 24 months. It's sublime with red wine. The prices are very high - it's in the Four Seasons Park Lane after all - but well worth it. The chef even paid a visit to our table to check on us and ask our thoughts on the entrées.more

We visited for afternoon tea. The assortment of pastries and sandwiches were a delight to both my eyes and stomach. The tea selection, though varied and good, was nothing out of the ordinary. I have to say, I was thoroughly underwhelmed.
I came to celebrate my best friend's 30th birthday with a champagne afternoon tea, and I was expecting the champagne to be flowing.
But sadly the service we received was a bit standoffish, and more interested in the table of overtly higher class patrons next to us. So we never even ordered a second glass. Nor were we asked if we wanted one.
