The Larrik Inn is right by work and has undergone something of a transformation from rowdy Australian-themed sports bar to slightly upmarket pub - unless it's game day at Fulham, in which case prepare to be stopped at the door by burly bouncers asking which team you support.

The small beer garden is a great place to spend a Friday afternoon, although it's also the smoking area so maybe not...more

Biggish pub, popular with youngish locals. Meh. Unaware of how to make a proper G&T (I might have bought the tonic, but I might also not want the whole bottle in my drink).more

If you have Skysports, they will come. That's the way it works for this sort of pub, it's a real football watching place. Not that the view of the electric box is amazing from every seat but the atmosphere is good and the food is nice too.

My friends and I spent New Year's Eve at The Larrik, as a part of TNT Magazine's NYE masquerade party. TNT hold heaps of events here, including their annual Halloween party.

We had a good time there, they played some drinking games and the music was good too. The lines for the bar were ridiculous, and there wasn't much of a countdown - they just had the TVs on showing the Big Ben...more
