Took the fam. here for a roast, and loved it.
Booked a table, so got to sit at the back, where it's a little less frantic. Great atmosphere: homely and family friendly but full of couples and groups of all ages. Lovely decor too.
Ordered some wine from a helpful waiter and it turned up quickly, roast beef was delicious (the cauli cheese croquettes are genius) and everything is well priced....more
We lived down the street and around the corner so we were regulars. We loved talking with the staff which included folks from New Zealand, Aussies and South Africans. This was a convenient stop for us when we went to Richmond Park. We've had lunch here twice, once on a Sunday, another the following Saturday.
