We experienced a fairly formal atmosphere, not as "warm" as other reviewers have stated but was fine with us and would be perfect for special occasion dining. Fairly quiet, hushed tones, somewhat older and more reserved clientèle, male customers in suits for the most part.

One of the more interesting 1* michelin restaurants in London. Every course is prepared like a piece of art, and more interesting as the tasting menu progresses. Topping it off with one of the best deserts I've had in London (raspberry and caramelised white chocolate). Impressive cheese and wine selection too.more
We went here for a valentine's day dinner. The reception was welcoming and we were seating very quickly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed especially on this eventful evening.
