My brother and I visited from the US and were met with polite and respectful service from beginning to end. We ordered the Tasting Menu; everything was amazing, some of the most memorable included the Seaweed crisps, Foie Gras Mead Jelly puff, Chilled Tomato Soup, Roasted Turbot, Cornish Milk-Fed Lamb, and the Strawberry pre-dessert.more

1) 2 Michelin star in 2014

2) 2 Michelin star...more

Presented whole prior to carving, the GF was a bit aghast, but did not let on. I was ecstatic. A huge honor, considering it was the first of the season and shot by the Chef himself, I was excited to say the least

Gorgeously presented, the breast was not overly gamey. Quite moist, it served medium rare. The thigh had more of a chew and...more
