First off I love the designs, i have many of the bags that have been bought for me as presents. The staff were lovely when i bought my latest bag, but a lot less helpful when 6 weeks later, and after just 2 single uses the clasp broke. No repair, no replacement, no refund. No longer a fan. This is a small Lulu Guinness shop on the outside of the Royal Exchange building in the heart of the City, but it's an Aladdin's cave of gorgeous bags, shoes and other accessories. You can even see it as an art gallery as some of the bags are so beautiful they wouldn't be out of place at the Tate.
