Great spot. I had this bookmarked because I was researching dive bars, and when I was in Dalston over the weekend, got a chance to check it out.

I went to Efe's for the first (and last) time last week. I was minding my own business with my friends when a guy came up to us- when we rebuffed his advances, he started spewing racial abuse towards us. I wanted to learn how to play snooker for a long time so I went here with a friend of mine. We had a great time and I think I've learned some moves. It is quite hard but the good quality of the tables and cues helps a lot to a beginner like me.more

Nested at the top of a rather sinister looking stairwell near Dalston overground, Efes pool hall is a great place to, well, play pool.
