Large portions of jerk-goodness at a reasonable price. It gets pretty busy, but there are plenty of staff to make the wait much more acceptable.
Very tasty jerk chicken with extra gravy and jerk sauce (it's all about the extra gravy) served with rice & peas and plantain instead of salad cost a very reasonable £5.50
Healthy Eaters did open a specifically vegan branch in Market Row in the beginning of the year, which I was dead excited about, but I only managed to get food there once - I never seem to catch it when it's open. The one time I did get lunch there it was amazing though - spicy seitan, lots of vegetables, and some dumplings - yum. The regular Healthy Eaters branch is less abundant in vegan...more
Staff was really pleasant and the music was great!
I purchased a beef meat pie to-go. It was pretty good. My first time to eat something like that. It was better than its cousin: the empanada.

Cheap-as-chips (though they don't have chips) and perhaps a bit confusing... if you're not down with the lingo.
The food is pretty good, though suffers from being prepped hot, kept cold, and then reheated in the microwave. But what you get, for what you pay... You might not bother complaining.
Super Jamaican-style cuisine, served mob-queue style, fast, cheap, good. What more do you want?...more
