Friendly bar staff and a cool atmosphere here. I personally am a huge fan of the cozy fireplace!

I usually stop in for a beverage or bite to eat here. Their bar menu has some tasty items on it. The pub burger is moist and the perfect texture, and I really love the chorizo quesadillas.

We did stop in the other day on a late Friday evening and the once cozy pub was transformed into a loud,...more

Seemed like a nice place. Very well presented and the staff were on the ball. However, for somewhere that clearly sees itself as a bit of a gastro pub it oddly had no real ale. The bottled options of Leffe and Old Speckled Hen didn't make up for this oversight. Nice as this place was I wont be back.more

This is by far the best pub / restaurant in Crouch end.

There's loads of seating both inside and out, and the food and drinks are delicious. I dream of the sunday roasts all week long.

I had sunday lunch there - roast beef - cooked to perfection, nice veg and roasties. The bloody mary was yum too. The Sunday roast cost around 17 pounds, worth it tho.

The staff are professional and good too.

However - the place was over run with kids! Great if you have them not so great if you want to chill without brats running around ruining your meal.

I will go back - i just wish...more

Great pub, nice atmosphere. Amazing beer garden. They do some pretty special roasts on a Sunday (lamb is best) so don't waste your time heading up to Hampstead only to be told they've run out, just go here and you're guaranteed some good food by their Michelelin starred chef.

Price wise it's about £13 for a roast, so not cheap, but average for the area.

The staff are pretty friendly too.more
