My wife, daughter, and I came here because of the good rating here on yelp. Not sure how it got so many stars because it was unimpressive.

It had a nice atmosphere, with candles on top of wine glasses and the feel of an old english home kitchen.

The service was really slow and we had to flag our waiter down multiple times. I had the steak and kidney pie, which was just okay. My wife had the...more

All I can say is WOW!! My friend and I were in London and looking for a great place to eat on a Saturday night. We were extremely lucky to find Maggie Jones! When we walked in we quickly realized this was a place where reservations should have been made. But the staff was amazingly accommodating and we were able to get a beautiful booth. The restaurant is dark and has an eclectic feel of the...more

Undeniably quaint and romantic setting! Once through the front door, I am transported back to a simple time. The interior looks like an medieval tavern, rustic and charming. One of the best restaurants I've tried in London. Loved the rustic, cozy decor. My friend and I both enjoyed our lamb and wine very much. When our waiter realized that he had initially failed to bring us our drinks, he offered us a dessert complimentary on the house. No complaint on that especially since our creame brulee was delicious.

Look forward to coming back here someday.more
