Four for food, three for service. The decor and atmosphere are close to proper London pub, the food was not bad, we had the rib-eye roast which was good, although maybe because it's UK it comes as it comes, you're not asked how you'd like it, the Yorkshire was large for large sake and way too dry without lashings of gravy you need to ask for, the scotch eggs were stellar though. Ex-freaking-ceptional. Exceptional. started with spinach and artichoke dip, hard some lovely pale ales to compliment. I had the fish and chips- perfectly cooked and battered with chips to match their perfection. Just excellent.more

This place has had a SERIOUS change, inside and out, and for the better. It really does deserve 5 stars. Whoever made the changes, knew exactly what they were doing, and what to do.

The beer selection is incredible for a pub, and really extensive. Some classics, craft beers, IPA's and stouts, with a HUGE amount on tap! About time for a pub!

This is perhaps one of those British pubs that violate the stereotype: yes, we enjoyed the food here.

My companion and I were looking for a late lunch one day, and we ended up in Notting Hill. The first restaurant we tried said that we were too late for lunch, as their kitchen is already closed, but they recommended this place, so we tried it.
