Awful restaurant...standards have really slipped. Ordered 'Stew of the Day'...when it arrived it was still frozen! I explained to the miserable waiter who after not saying a word (let alone an apology) reluctantly took the plate. 5 minutes later he produced the exact same plate steaming from the microwave.
