The products are good and I have been using them for years but the staff/admin are hopeless. They have been running a recycling incentive scheme for a number of years. Basically you return your empty containers and when you have enough stamps on your card you get a gift. I completed a card back in June. The assistant said he couldn't give me my gift because it had to come from "separate stock"...more

I don't think I have ever been served and helped in a store in London before in this way!

Absolutely the best customers service you can ever get

the lovely Australian sales assistant was so bubbly, helped me picking up the right skin care routine for my skin type and even started a friendly chat with me.

Oh yelpers, I'm torn. Really torn.. Like Natalie Imbruglia torn.

Service-wise, it's 5 stars. The staff were amazing and really helpful with telling me about promos and items without being pushy (a fine line to tread!). But here it comes, my American-ness is going to pop out and rear its ugly head....

I popped into Kiehl's whilst waiting for my girlfriend. This is a skin product junkie heaven. There are all manner of scrubs, salves, lotions, toners and other such things I do not understand. There are bio-degradable products endorsed by Brad Pitt where the proceeds go to charity. The aim of Kiehl's is to be as ethical as possible. I should like Kiehl's. No, I should love it. Ultra cool stores, nice packaging, and high-end skincare... I'd normally consider just burning through my credit card and then eat beans on toast for weeks.
