The fish and chips was good as was the chicken and mushroom pie, but the fact there was no table service the 2 times we were there makes it not as relaxing to go for dinner or lunch.more

I think 1 is a fair rating here. This place felt like a tourist trap. Cool look on the outside, tacky on the inside. Go for a pint if you plan to stay outside. The food looked awful coming out of the kitchen and tasted just as bad. Kind of a sad experience. It's just fried foods that were previously frozen. We should have known better than to give this a shot. Not sure what we were expecting,...more

Very good food, though a bit pricey for the amount received. Would be 4*, but the waiter forgot about my dad's fish and chips, and still didn't bring it by the time the rest of the group was done even though I had reminded him as he brought our food.

This bar has a weird smell...no not the smell of pretentious that hovers around as you see all these uppity class folks drinking their beers with their pinkys sticking out.

No, it's a weird smell from something else, like excess malt vinegar, like the ones they have on all the tables. But after a few minutes, you'll be able to to get used to it.
