Came here for freakshakes but heard the nachos were good (yes!!!nachos). Pretty cool place if you're in London for school like I was and want to come here with friends after a long day of class and the national portrait gallery...
Us New Yorkers wanted to compare said freakshakes to Black Tap (milkshakes in NYC that went viral on Facebook) and we were impressed! So much better than the ones we...more

My first day in London , hungry and tired. We saw this place Maxwell's and what a lovely lunch that was.
Service is so sincere , fast and always with a big smile. We both had steaks , temperatures were fine and tastes was good. Even the sides - especially mash potato- was super.
Definetely want to taste againmore

Service was prompt- but we turned up early were told we might not be able to have a table...more

It covers the American style foods burgers, ribs and spit roast chicken.
The only difference is between the two is the service, the attention to food and spacious seating area.more
