I had a very unpleasant time at the Maynard Arms. It was crowded and very loud with lots of children. The food was very bland and mediocre. The drinks were okay but the price was high and service slow. Very unremarkable inside also. Although they had a very relaxed atmosphere - it is just not for me.more

if they had better beers on tap it would be perfect.

Best place to watch sport in Crouch End. Decent-sized cosy outside garden bit too for smokers.more

A very relaxed place just off all the main often overcrowded bars and restaurants of Crouch End.

Helpful, pleasant staff and a good selection of wine & beers.

The food here is always well cooked with a choice of light bites sharers and mains, eaten here a few times now and never been dissappointed.

A great place to relax and unwind with friends or family.more

The Maynard Arms is large, and has a good outside area with big tables and - yes! - heaters! Non-environmentally friendly, but who cares when you need chain-fags with your pints? The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's not the...more
