At the forefront of the biggest urban regeneration of our times is The Star Of Kings, sister venue to East London’s hugely successful The Star Of Bethnal Green. <br /> <br />With all food freshly made to order on site by a dedicated team of kitchen staff, the menu ranges from bar snacks like Scotch Duck Eggs to a Slowly Roasted Pork Belly with picked red cabbage and soft herbs. The menu provides the best, locally sourced seasonal produce whilst keeping a presence of firm favorites on the menu. Happy hour helps your wallet with their 2 for 1 drinks, paying around £7.50 for two.

The bartenders do take quite a while mixing the drinks while their homemade pizzas are a thumbs up. They do a loyalty card (I believe..), and have quite a big space to chill for a group of people. Wouldn't recommend ordering food there other than their pizzas..

an up side is there's fewer men in suits...more

Came here for a friend's gig night in the downstairs area. The bartender was very friendly and had a good night over all. Nothing special, but not bad for a few drinks either.more
