Located on Brompton Road, Entrecôte Chez Boubier since 1930, brings the same inimitable single menu offering that has been the restaurant's highly successful trademark. The revolutionary dining concept, created by Monsieur Boubier, was to serve the finest entrecote of beef accompanied by a subtle, unique and exquisite butter with French fries as the main dish and a salad as the starter. Today, the concept is world renowned, especially for the restaurant's distinctive butter. A closely guarded secret, the special recipe uses a unique blend of herbs and spices, and was created to perfectly enhance the richness and natural flavour of the sirloin steak.
