Entirely soulless faux pine hell. Yep, I think that covers it. I'm not a fan. Patchy service, middle of the road food, and nasty, acidic beer and wine. Peronist ran out by 7.30 on a mid-week evening ( thank heaven, it offered an excuse to leave) and the bar man couldn't even keep straight what the house red was ( a Rioja and a Cab Sav were alternately offered).more

For my friends birthday meal in early January we popped to the Parlour, which on our side of the restaurant was a pretty classy dining area, whereas the other side held a variety of boozers clearly drinking away their first day back at the office blues.

Stylish after works drink bar. Rammed on a Thursday and Friday. Dead on the weekend. I've only ever been here for drinks, so can't comment on the food. But it's the crowd that made the night rather than the venue.

Drinks aren't cheap and service is very slow.

There's outdoor seating and table and in summer they set up an outdoor bar.more
