But if you're looking for a venue full of character, with good parties and salt of the earth people, then it most certainly is.

My experiences of elektrowerkz has been at Rumpus parties or for Decompression the Burning man party, so I am not 100% familiar with their regular club nights. This club is a veritable warren of little nooks and crannies.
They also boast really kind and helpful staff which means that if you are dress up as an alien and wedged in some kind of fencing they are always happy to help you out....more
I've been to Electrowerkz twice for gigs and both times have been a pleasant experience.
I liked the laid-back atmosphere but maybe that's because there weren't that many people at those gigs.
The women's restroom is spacious and clean. (Very important)

Clubs like Electrowerkz make me feel at home. After several years in Berlin the slightly run down and ramshackled warehousey spots do it for me. There are several levels, bars and dance floors/stages to explore which makes for a fun and interesting night. Good venue to rent out for a big event as well, c*more
