Kouzina (meaning kitchen in Greek) recently opened in Palmers Green. It was previously called Omonia, I actually knew the previous owners of the restaurant, who owned it for many years. I dined there with the owner's son not too long before it shut down. The food was great but it just wasn't bringing in the crowds, probably due to the dated décor.

The modern decor on entrance gives a very different feel to what is usually expected when going Greek. Beech 2-4 seater tables, dark stone floors and pink lights against a white mirrored wall to the left. It feels more like a bar than a typical Greek - which is quite refreshing.

Excellent Greek food.
Staying with my parents at the moment as we have a home thats a building site. So being fed by others after a hard day at work is often needed. We have been been twice in a couple of weeks so it must be doing something right. The menu is not too long, always a good sign, and the meat on our first venture was cooked to a T.
