There are places that I choose to eat at because I am simply just seeking great food. Barshu just became my new favorite place in that category. If you keep your expectations at just that, then this place will blow you away. Probably the best Sichuan food I've ever had!
You are definitely not going to get a dining "experience" at Barshu. The service was pretty standard; not very personable,...more
I can categorise my friends in many ways....whether they are foodies or not, ravers or rockers, festival goers or arena dwellers, but one of the most important categorisations is whether they like spicy food or not. I work this out by taking them to Barshu....it really sorts out the fakers from the fire eaters! This place really is the best Sichuan I have ever experienced.
