We had a solid lunch with street food at King's Cross, then walked along Regent's Canal and when we arrived in Camden, we needed some strong and high quality coffee. Al Parco drew our attention with its striped shades and small round tables outside, it looked Italian and promising. If you're looking to indulge in carb rich goodness keep searching. Got three pizzas here last night for the family and was not impressed.

Meh.

That's how I felt about this place.

I suppose going out for a date in Camden Town guarantees that it'll be a bit tacky and a bit touristy though, right? It's my own fault, really.

...and food wise? My goats cheese pizza had no goats cheese, the rocket tasted as though it was off and I spent the entire meal dreaming of Pizza East.

Al Parco is a cozy little pizzeria next door to Goodfare. It's easy to walk by and completely miss it, I did for a long time. In fact the only reason I ended up eating there was because Masala Zone (yeah, I know, but it's easy and cheap) was closed for the lunch to dinner transition.
