Seeing as I live across the road from this bar/cafe, I tend to frequent it quite a bit. The food, as previous reviewers have pointed out, is so reasonably priced for the area and tasty too! The breakie's are fab, as are the brunch/lunch meals too.

Drinks are pretty cheap and the staff are friendly and relaxing. A great local cafe/bar indeed. Oh, free wifi too!more

I had the grilled chicken breast ciabatta sandwich with extra bacon. £6.50 for the massive sandwich plus decent enough...more

Bardens is back from the dead, hooray. Only now it's a cafe and and bar directly above where the club used to be. Total transformation though, none of that sticky floor dive bar thing going on. It's all bare brick, clean toilets and lots of wonderful illustration work hanging from its walls.

I've been here twice in the past week, first off for a Thursday night drink.. nice and relaxed, full...more
