The London Cocktail Club is seedy, tacky and very, very cool! That's quite an accomplishment, to be both seedy and tacky, AND cool!

A small cocktail bar that is situated in the basement on Goodge street. There is a large choice of cocktails, some a bit more unusual to the every day cocktails you get in a lot of bars. The cocktails are priced at the usual price you would expect for London; around £10.

We visited LCC on a Saturday night and once we'd found it (it's in a basement, so don't walk up Goodge St too fast or you'll miss it!) we were ushered through to the rest of our party who were seated right at the back in a cosy area of seating.

When you first arrive at the London cocktail club you might be surprised by the sudden climb down stairs, past tastefully executed graffiti art with a twist into a low light catacomb of wide eyed drinkers and excited staff. This place is instantly invigorates the senses with it's unique decor and very off-beat menu of all sorts.

I wasn't that impressed with the London Cocktail Club. It's not that bad, but I feel there's a lot better cocktail places here in London (Nightjar, 69 Colebrooke Row, The Experimental Cocktail Club ...)
