Gillray’s Steakhouse

Town House

Salmon, roast turkey and Christmas pudding all feature alongside other winter warmers on this Kensington restaurant's £60 three-course Christmas Day menu. If that's not enough of a festive fill, you can add a cheese course for a supplement – there's no need to feel guilty, you can always walk it off with stroll through Kensington Gardens, a short walk from Town House.

Best Christmas Day All-rounders

108 Brasserie

Mixing the traditional with the modern, 108 Brasserie offers up the likes of venison fillet, roasted monkfish, and a chestnut and shallot tarte tatin alongside roast turkey, wild game consommé, and plum pudding. The Marylebone eatery's four-course Christmas Day menu is available from midday until 10.30pm, meaning there's plenty of time to fit your meal around other festive activities.

Percy & Founders

Tuck into tender roast turkey with roasted parsnips, chestnut stuffing, sage jus and cranberries at stylish modern European eatery Percy & Founders, in Fitzrovia. If turkey doesn’t get you salivating, Aberdeen Angus beef fillet and roasted squash are also on the menu. The £85 three-course menu is finished off with the likes of pecan treacle tart with Christmas pudding ice cream, or spiced wine-poached pears.

The Montagu

The Montagu has created a lavish Christmas Day menu using specialist produce such as truffles, game, lobster and foie gras. Turkey features, of course, but there are plenty of tantalising options such as lobster and turbot ragu, or goat's cheese and beetroot tortellini on the menu, priced from £110. Santa will also be making a special appearance having finished his deliveries on time!

Elements Restaurant

If roast turkey roulade, herb-crusted lamb or oven-roasted salmon get your festive juices flowing, Elements Restaurant's three-course menu is the perfect Christmas treat. Other seasonal stalwarts such as smoked salmon, prawns, and Parma ham with melon are given a makeover as part of the Novotel London Greenwich Hotel's £45 buffet menu.

Golden Arrow

Christmas is definitely a time for indulgence, so have your fill of turkey and a selection of sweet and savoury specials from the numerous food bars at Golden Arrow on 25 December. The King's Cross restaurant's £60 lunch is served from 12pm until 3pm, leaving you plenty of time for a post-meal tipple from its well-stocked whisky bar.
