Celebrate London's architectural wonders as Open House London throws open the doors to hundreds of buildings and spaces in and around the capital.
More than 700 free guided tours, architectural-themed walks, cycle rides, debates and activities are available during the weekend. Explore iconic buildings that are not usually open to the public, find out interesting details about more familiar spaces, and step into the private homes of the rich and famous.
Previous years have even taken visitors behind the black door of 10 Downing Street, the residence of the British Prime Minister, and treated history enthusiasts to a visit to the only remaining home and grade I listed Georgian house of Benjamin Franklin. Sports fans have also taken a guided tour of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Admission is free to all Open House events, but some venues require advance bookings.
