More than 700 free guided tours, architectural-themed walks, cycle rides, debates and activities are available during the weekend. Open House London 2015 Highlights
Explore iconic London buildings and attractions: go behind the black door of 10 Downing Street, the residence of the British Prime Minister, enjoy a talk followed by a rotation on the Coca-Cola London Eye, tour the Bank of England and more.
History enthusiasts will enjoy visiting the only remaining home and grade I listed Georgian house of Benjamin Franklin, discovering some of the capital’s best Roman remains at the Billingsgate Roman House and Baths and learning about the architecture and design of Kensington Palace.
For sports fans, Lee Valley VeloPark’s velodrome, a permanent venue of the London 2012 Olympics, opens its doors and a guided walk of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is on offer.
