Soprano Louise Kemeny and pianist Edward Liddall explore the musical depictions of angels. Taking inspiration from the angels in the paintings of Joseph Highmore, this concert explores the endless fascination with angelic characters by poets and musicians across the centuries. Their programme ranges from the power and poise of Handel's heavenly hosts to James Macmillan's beautiful piano work, Angel, offering an evening of heartfelt, timeless music.
