About

Join East London Dance on 26 & 27 August to discover Stratford - public and private, old and new - through art. Stratford Living is a photographic exhibition of human sculptures created by the internationally-renowned Austrian choreographer Willi Dorner (bodies in urban spaces) with seven local dancers, captured by photographer Lisa Rastl. This exhibition is a rare chance to experience Dorner's distinctive artform photographed and displayed the very homes in which it was created. Travelling from home to home will allow you to explore Stratford; and as local residents open their homes to become exhibition spaces you will get a unique glimpse 'behind the curtains' of the area's fast-changing landscape. Tours start every 10 minutes between 12noon - 3pm at Stratford Circus Arts Centre on Saturday 26 & Sunday 27 August. Tickets must be booked in advance. Early bird tickets start from just £5.
