About

A new comedy drama play featuring in this years Camden Fringe. One night, one flamboyant clairvoyant and one deceased, divorced couple who refuse to leave the show is the comical beginning to an evening of supernatural squabbles. Situated in a local town venue and packed with an eager audience waiting for messages from their loved ones, Danny is in usual element, full of self ego and draped in sequins. The evening begins to go wrong when recently deceased Lisa and Martin refuse to leave and demand to make contact with their daughter, but be careful what you wish for as even in heaven you can't escape lies and deceit or blisters on your heels. A comedy drama about relationships in life and death. Does everyone get a pair of angel wings or just the ones who didn't leave any debt behind? Till death us do part? Just a bunch of words or do they really have a truthful meaning? With a group of actors who largely trained at the Anna Scher Theatre over different decades they are sure to bring their characters to life with a believability assurance. Gary Hailes (Eastenders, Murder with Mirrors, The Bill) joining the cast in his first gay character since his soap opera days is an exciting addition and along with Annie Burkin's writing (Theatre Royal Stratford East) we hope to be one of the highlights of the Fringe.
