Catch stage and screen stars Eve Best and Anthony Head in Terence Rattigan’s acclaimed drama Love in Idleness at Apollo Theatre.
Meet Michael Brown, an 18-year-old returning home to England after four years away during the Second World War. But while he’s been absent, his mother has become the mistress of a right-wing politician who disagrees with everything Michael believes in.
Eve Best and Anthony Head are joined in the play by emerging talent Edward Bluemel as Michael.
Rattigan’s drama, which plays a limited West End season following a sell-out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory, is directed by former National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company director, Sir Trevor Nunn.
