Lyndsey Turner directs Laura Wade's drama about members of an elite student dining society. Calling themselves the Riot Club, ten upper class boys from Oxford meet secretly for wine, wild nights and now to plan takeover. Writer Laura Wade graduated from the Royal Court Young Writers Programme. In 2005 her first play written for the Royal Court was performed. The play, Breathing Corpses won her critical acclaim and several awards including Critics' Circle Theatre Award for Most Promising Playwright, the George Devine Award and the Pearson Playwrights Best Play Award. She also achieved an Olivier Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement In An Affiliate Theatre for the same play. Wade's other credits include Catch, Other Hands and Colder Than Here.
