About

Kick off the festive season at Westminster Abbey with a thrilling performance of J.S Bach's Christmas Oratorio performed using period instruments.

Bach's famed Christmas work, Weihnachtsoratorium (Christmas Oratorio), tells the Christmas story, from the birth of Jesus to the adoration of the shepherds. It follows a rendition of Corelli's Christmas Concerto.

This concert is led by The Abbey Choir and St James's Baroque orchestra, a leading group of instrumentalists who use period instruments in their performances.
