Take part in the world’s first disability-led run for all abilities as Parallel London returns to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for a second year.

Whether you run, wheel or walk, Parallel London is suitable for all ages and abilities with a choice of 10km, 5km, 1km or 100m challenges on offer and no cut-off time. There’s also the chance to take part in a Super Sensory 1km run, which features the likes of bubbles, a smell tunnel and wind chimes.

You can also get involved in competitions, talks and courses for all the family at the ten entertainment zones as part of the free Family Festival.

Don’t miss the acts on the main stage, including guitarist and singer JJ Rosa, and the inclusive Wild Cats Theatre School, and satisfy any hunger with street food bites from the various vendors.
