One of the world's top film festivals, the BFI London Film Festival (LFF) presents the best in international cinema with red carpet premieres, gala events, talks, workshops and screenings of feature films, as well as shorts and documentaries, at venues across the city.
This year's festival opener is the European premiere of A United Kingdom, starring David Oyelowo, Rosamund Pike and Jack Davenport. Directed by Amma Asante, the film tells the true love story between the King of Bechuanaland (modern Botswana) and a London office worker. Spot the cast of the movie on the red carpet at the Odeon Leicester Square on 5 October.
