About

Enjoy a revival of one of the world's favourite adventure stories as Around the World in 80 Days is brought to the stage of the St James Theatre.

Based on the classic 1873 novel written by Jules Verne, this production is suitably located in close proximity to the famous Reform Club on Pall Mall where the globetrotting fun begins in the book.

The play tells the story of the somewhat eccentric and hugely wealthy Phileas Fogg, a man who somewhat recklessly bets his massive personal fortune that he can circumnavigate the globe in just 80 days. Enlisting the help of his dedicated valet, Passepartout, they travel from the gloom of London to exotic lands that include the Wild West and the subcontinent.

In a desperate race against the clock, the intrepid Fogg encounters more than 100 incredible and entertaining characters during his high-spirited escapade. Lively, imaginative and highly entertaining, this classic work is ideal for some adventurous family entertainment.
