The Bowler Hat

See a series of comedy, theatre and cabaret performances within the quirky Bowler Hat venue in Paternoster Square.

It may have fallen out of everyday fashion but the iconic bowler hat has been given a revival, thanks to an enormous inflatable bowler-shaped performance space as part of the multi-venue City of London Festival.

This unique venue in the heart of the City hosts children's theatre, stand-up comedy, circus and cabaret events over three and a half fun-filled weeks

Highlights of the festival include Dogs Don't Do Ballet, a children's show from inventive puppeteers Little Angel Theatre; a one-man extravaganza from comic Richard Herring; and musical cabaret from Fascinating Aida luminary Sarah Louise-Young, who dissects the enduring fascination with Sound of Music star Julie Andrews in Julie Madly Deeply.
