About

Catch established musicians and emerging artists live on stage at Southbank Centre's 23rd annual music and culture festival, Meltdown, in Central London.

Lead singer of Elbow, BBC 6 Music DJ, solo artist and TV presenter, Guy Garvey curates the 2016 event, following in the footsteps of David Bowie, Yoko Ono, Patti Smith, Morrissey, Ray Davies and last year’s director David Byrne.

This year’s line-up includes Robert Plant, Laura Marling, I Am Kloot, Femi Kuti, Nadine Shah, Richard Hawley, Nick Mulvey, Connan Mockasin, This Is The Kit, Lift To Experience and many more.

As well as live music, there is also wide range of activities and events from circus and karaoke, to boat parties and club nights for you to get involved.

Visit the Meltdown website for the full 2016 line-up.
