About

Acclaimed stage and TV actor Andrew Lancel (Coronation Street, The Bill) plays Brian Epstein. And newcomer Will Finlason plays 'This Boy', a role that embodies the soul of 60s Liverpool. This two-hander play imagines this brilliant but troubled Epstein's drug-fuelled final days while looking back on his illustrious adult life. This includes his meteoric career from drama school to managing the world's biggest pop group.

The Man Who Made The Beatles is a must-see opportunity to discover a previously unexplored story and celebrate a true icon of 1960s popular culture, a man who shaped music and style across the world.

Epstein: The Man Who Made The Beatles is brought to you by Bill Elms & Jen Heyes Productions Ltd, written by Andrew Sherlock and directed by Jen Heyes. This multi-media play with live music premiered to critical acclaim in November 2012 as part of the official programme of Liverpool's 50th Anniversary of the Beatles.
