About

See former Spice Girls Emma Bunton and Melanie C re-united live on stage at the Regent Street Christmas lights switch on event on Saturday 9 November.

The ex Spice Girls will perform ‘2 Become 1’ – the Girls’ first ever Christmas number one hit. Also performing as part of the celebrations are Leona Lewis, Passenger and Eliza Doolittle.

HEART 106.2 presenters Emma Bunton and Jamie Theakston will head the star-studded line up leading to the big switch on moment.

This year’s lights will be switched on by Emmy Award Winning actor Ty Burrell (Modern Family), and Hollywood film director Rob Minkoff.

The lights depict the brand new DreamWorks animated film Mr. Peabody and Sherman, an all-new comedy adventure for the whole family directed by The Lion King’s Rob Minkoff. You can watch this must-see family adventure following its release on 7 Feb.

Local road closures will be in place, make sure you plan your route in advance.

The Christmas lights will stay on until 5 January.
