X Factor judge Gary Barlow takes a break from television and gets back to the day job with a gig at the O2 Arena.
Treating his legions of fans to a night of hits, the Take That song writing machine is set to perform tunes from his first solo album in 14 years. Titled Since I Saw You Last, it’s something of a departure from the eight number one albums that he’s appeared on with Take That, yet retains the distinctive Barlow song writing touches.
With seven million concert tickets under his belt and a clutch of music awards to his name, Barlow knows a thing or two about putting on rousing live shows with spectacular bells and whistles. Expect slick production values and a near endless supply of crowd pleasing tunes to get the masses singing along. Having dished out much advice of late to wannabe pop stars, it will be good to see the old timer showing them how it’s done.
