The South London grime artist takes to the stage for his first UK tour. Tinie Tempah has gone from underground buzz artist to bona fide pop phenomenon. His number one debut single Pass Out has become one of the biggest-selling singles in 2010 by a British artist, its follow up Frisky has been another massive hit taking Tinie Tempah's single sales past 750,000 copies in the UK alone. This summer has seen him perform at Radio 1's Big Weekend in May as well making appearances at Glastonbury alongside Snoop Dogg, the Wireless Festival, and supporting the likes of Rihanna, Chipmunk, Mr Hudson and Jay-Z. The rapper will be performing his hit singles alongside songs from his debut album The Discovery. Tinie's first break as a musician came when Sony launched its PlayStation Portable (PSP) and used the track entitled Listen To The Vibe featuring Yazmin and DJ Ironik for the futuristic racing game Wipeout Pure. This resulted in a promotional European tour alongside the likes of Sway and Dizzee Rascal. He achieved an underground hit with his promotional single Wifey, which led to his more mainstream releases.
