Overview

Michael Foster abducts blonde teenager Casey Welson from a shopping mall. When the young woman regains consciousness she dials 911 from the boot of her sadistic abductor's car and Jordan Turner answers her call. Haunted by the words of her police officer father - "You might be the difference between somebody living and somebody dying" - Jordan provides Casey with ingenious suggestions for attracting attention from passing motorists.
