Egyptian Belly Dance is a fun way to keep fit and improve your joint mobility, posture and co-ordination whilst expressing yourself in a creative way. It starts with a thorough warm-up to help with joint mobility, gentle stretching and core stability. This is followed be a technique section where each week we will concentrate on specific hip and arm movements. You will learn movement sequences and how to express the soulful and exhilarating beat of Egyptian music.
