Overview

Cockney ex-con Harry Pendel reinvents himself as a tailor to the rich and famous in Panama, gaining notoriety for his story-telling as well as his beautiful and elegant suits. Harry's exploits attract the interest of devious British spy Andy Osnard who realises the tailor's true identity. Unaware of the dangers that lie ahead, Harry spins another of his fantastic yarns, setting in motion a chain of events with devastating repercussions.
